Description

A light, fizzy drink with fresh lime, chilled soda water, and unsweetened coconut rum. Low in carbs, sugar-free, and perfect for summer sipping.

 


Ingredients

    • 2 oz unsweetened coconut rum

    • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

    • 4 oz chilled soda water

    • Ice cubes

    Optional Garnish:

    • Lime wedge

    • Fresh mint

    • Splash of coconut milk (for a dirty soda twist)


Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

  2. Pour in the coconut rum and lime juice.

  3. Top with chilled soda water.

  4. Stir gently to combine.

  5. Garnish with lime or mint if you’d like.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!


Notes
