Description

This easy keto ham and cheese breakfast bake is packed with protein and flavor. It’s perfect for Easter brunch, meal prep, or a quick low-carb breakfast.

 


Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced cooked ham (no added sugar)

  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

  • 5 large eggs

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and Dijon until smooth.

  3. Stir in ham, cheese, and green onions.

  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden.

  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.


Notes

Make ahead by mixing the ingredients the night before. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze individual slices for later.
