Description

Theseno-bake chocolate nests are a crunchy, keto-friendly, and sugar-free treat made with toasted coconut, nuts, and rich dark chocolate. Perfect for Easter, spring gatherings, or a quick chocolate fix, this recipe requires no oven and comes together in just minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups toasted coconut flakes
  • ½ cup chopped almonds or pecans
  • ¾ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 12 sugar-free chocolate chips or whole nuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sugar-free chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil.
    • Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
    • Alternatively, melt using a double boiler over simmering water.
  2. Combine with Dry Ingredients

    • Pour the melted chocolate mixture over and stir until fully coated.
  3. Shape the Nests
