Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1.5-inch pieces

Instructions

Pat the chicken dry and cut into chunks.

In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
