Description

These blissful keto chocolate covered berry skewers are sweet, satisfying, and made with fresh berries and sugar-free chocolate. Perfect for Mother’s Day, spring picnics, or any time you want a quick low-carb dessert without turning on the oven.


Ingredients

  • 1012 fresh strawberries, hulled

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries (optional)

  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (e.g., stevia-sweetened)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

  • Wooden skewers (6-inch)

  • Optional toppings: flaky sea salt, chopped nuts, shredded coconut


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry all berries thoroughly. Moisture will prevent the chocolate from sticking.

  2. Thread berries onto skewers, alternating strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

  3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler. Stir until smooth.

  4. Drizzle or dip skewers with melted chocolate. Lay on parchment-lined tray.

  5. Add optional toppings before chocolate sets.
