Gluten free recipes don’t have to taste like cardboard! My friend Sarah called me crying when her daughter got diagnosed with celiac. “What am I gonna feed her?”

That’s when I learned these dishes can be even better than the originals. Almond flour makes cookies my kids actually prefer. Oat flour creates pancakes so fluffy, nobody misses the wheat.

I’ve made every mistake – hockey puck muffins, bread that crumbled when you looked at it. But I figured out what works so you don’t have to go through that.

The best part? My kids can’t tell the difference in most of these gluten free recipes. They just know they taste good.
