Meal Prep

Meal prep recipes changed my Sunday afternoons from enemy territory to prep paradise! I used to spend hours cooking, only to have everything go bad by Wednesday.

Then I learned which foods actually taste good after sitting in the fridge. Soups that develop more flavor overnight. Casseroles that reheat perfectly. Even salads that don’t get soggy.

I spend about two hours on Sunday now and have lunches and dinners sorted for the week. My kids know Sunday means good smells coming from the kitchen all afternoon.
